Bonnie Kuik, Owner
Reflexology is a focussed pressure technique, usually directed at the feet or hands. It is based on the
premise that there are zones and reflexes on different parts of the body whichcorrespond to and are
relative to all parts, glands and organs.
When reflexes are stimulated the body’s natural energy works along the nervous system to clear any
blockages in corresponding zones.
Manipulating specific reflexes removes system response in the body to enable the blockages to be
released by a physiological change in the body. With stress removed and circulation enhanced the body
is allowed to a normal state.
The benefits of reflexology are:
- Relaxation with the removal of stress;
- Enhanced circulation
- Assists the body to normalize metabolisms naturally
- Complements all other healing modalities
Bonnie has been a Certified Foot Reflexologist for 9 years.
She added Face Reflexology to her repertoire in 2014. She enjoys helping your body to heal itself.
